House Rules & Safety Information
We want all guests to have a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable stay. By booking, you agree to the following house rules:
General Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

No parties or events of any kind.

No pets allowed on the property.

Only registered guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.

No trespassing on neighboring properties.

The home may not be used for any unlawful purposes.
Quiet Hours & Noise

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

Any noise complaints from neighbors or anyone associated with the property may result in immediate termination of the stay, loss of remaining rental fees, and forfeiture of the security deposit.
Entry & Stair Awareness

The primary entrance to the home requires approximately 10 steps up to the back door.

Guests should use caution on stairs, especially in wet, icy, or snowy conditions.

Children should be supervised on stairs at all times
Fire Pit Safety

Never leave the fire pit unattended.

Do not use the fire pit while intoxicated.

Children must be closely supervised at all times near the fire pit.

Use of the fire pit is at your own risk.
By using the fire pit, guests assume full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss arising from its use and agree to hold the owners/hosts harmless from any related claims.
Property & Liability

Guests are responsible for the care of the home and its contents.

Excessive damage to furniture or property may result in loss of the security deposit, at the owner’s discretion.

The owners/hosts are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings or valuables.

All guests assume the risk of any injury or harm arising from use of the property or amenities.
By booking, guests agree to these house rules and the Safety Acknowledgment & Liability Waiver, and acknowledge that the reservation constitutes a binding agreement between guest and host.
