Release & Waiver of Liability
By booking and staying at Cedar & Stone Retreat, the guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the property. In consideration of being permitted to use the premises and its amenities, the guest, on behalf of themselves, their minor children, and all members of their party, agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Cedar & Stone Retreat and Dansix, LLC from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, loss, or damage occurring during their stay.

Guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their actions and the actions of all members of their party while on the property.
